Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of progressive sales experience with demonstrated success
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • CRM software proficiency
  • Ability to work virtually with occasional in-person meetings in the Miami area
  • Strong self-management skills and ability to thrive in a remote environment
