Requirements:
- 2-5 years of progressive sales experience with demonstrated success
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- CRM software proficiency
- Ability to work virtually with occasional in-person meetings in the Miami area
- Strong self-management skills and ability to thrive in a remote environment
