Refund policy

We want you to love your Norsan products! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund (minus any shipping fees) within 30 days of receiving your order subject to the guidelines below. 

Guidelines

·        This refund policy applies to orders placed directly on www.norsan-health.com and covers the first order of any specific Norsan product. 

·        All products purchased from us and our authorized sellers are guaranteed for quality, purity, and potency through their expiration date. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers do not come with the guarantee.

·        If you bought your product from another retailer or marketplace, please reach out to them directly for their return or refund process.

·        When you receive your item, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use.

·        Returns must be made within thirty (30) days and require preauthorization from our customer service team. 

·        Any claims of order shortage or damage must be made within seven (7) days of receiving package to qualify for return/replacement.

·        Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and applicable fees.

·        All bar codes on product must be intact. Products with labels that have been altered in any way are non-returnable.

·        Double-check your shipping address before placing your order – Norsan cannot be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect address or stolen packages.

How to request a refund or replacement:

Email us at info@norsan-health.com. You must include your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for return. We will then provide you with a unique returns authorization number and will confirm the address you need to return the item to. Please package the item securely and include inside the package your order number, name, and address. 

·        If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process the refund back to the original method of payment used to purchase the item.

·        Any item you have accepted and then return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse and we shall not be liable for any loss, damage or costs incurred by you in the event your return is lost in transit. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products.

·        Unopened product return requests must be submitted within 30-days of delivery by contacting us.

·        If the returned product(s) is opened and/or damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.

·        If you have initiated the return after the 30-day period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

·        If we have not received your return within 30-days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
