I really thought that this was a good omega three supplement.But come to find out that this omega three also has seed oils in it, and "natural flavors" in it. When I looked for the ingredients online, I couldn't find anywhere where it says it has seed oils in it.
The bottles were smaller than I anticipated so I’m still evaluated the benefit from the cost - also the Norsan congealed after two weeks in my frig where my previous omega 3 Zinzino didn’t and that is bothersome
I wasn’t expecting this liquid, lemon, flavored omega-3 supplement to agree with me. Usually liquid supplements don’t and the lemon flavor is usually unhelpful in that regard. But I actually love this supplement and have zero side effects from it. The taste is pleasant and mild, and I experience no stomach irritation. It has been a great way to get my optimal dose of vegan omega-3’s.
Taste is decent. I’m incredibly picky. This product has made a huge difference in my cholesterol numbers.
It is vegan and has the highest amounts of essential ingredients. I am very pleased.

I didn’t find the product to have a fishy after taste, no issues with upset stomach after use either. Additionally I appreciate how the product is sourced, it uses the best sources of omega 3. High potency is another plus. Would highly recommend
Great product. I like that this is a natural fish oil and not a fish oil concentrate like almost all other products on the market.
The added high quality olive oil makes it something special as well.
And 2g of EPA & DHA per day will bring my Omega-3-Index in the range which is the recommended one.
